From Operations & People Management to Digital Marketing

My Professional Background

I’ve built my career at the intersection of people, brand, and operations, helping individuals and organisations navigate complexity, change, and growth.

My work focuses on moments where identity and direction need to be redefined. Whether it is a professional repositioning, a growing team, or a business refining its voice, I bring structure to both strategy and storytelling. Having worked across South Africa, South Korea, Georgia, and the United States, I approach every project with the understanding that effective strategy must be adapted, not applied.


I am the founder of Talent Atlas: Business & Career Studio, where I support professionals and small businesses in shaping clear, credible market presence. My work spans personal branding, career strategy, and digital positioning, including website content, LinkedIn optimisation, and social media across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. The focus is consistent: clarity over noise, substance over performance.


Alongside this, I contribute to GoodViral, writing research-driven pieces on social impact, ethical storytelling, and leadership under pressure. My work explores how organisations communicate when it matters most, not just when it is easy.


Prior to this, I held senior roles across people, operations, and brand-aligned functions. At Son’s Edu in South Korea, I led organisational development across nine campuses while shaping aspects of brand and communications, including website content and marketing messaging to support growth and engagement. At OrangeCat Global, I directed global talent operations across distributed creative teams, while contributing to brand positioning, content direction, and digital communication strategies, including social media and online presence.


Earlier experience across academic institutions and NGOs in Europe, Georgia, and the United States strengthened my foundation in programme management, education strategy, and cross-cultural communication. Teaching remains a defining influence, sharpening my ability to translate complexity into clarity.


My approach combines structured thinking with human insight. I focus on building brands and systems that are not only effective, but sustainable, helping people and organisations move forward with clarity, confidence, and intention.

Talent Atlas Studio is a brand and marketing studio focused on clarity, where I design structured systems that shape how businesses are seen, understood, and chosen across brand, digital presence, and communication; within this, I developed Medical Growth Systems, a specialised approach for healthcare practices that applies the same strategic foundation to high-trust environments, combining precise positioning, patient-led messaging, and conversion-focused digital journeys to guide patients from search to booking, with my role spanning founder, strategist, and builder, leading each project from insight to aligned execution.
