From Talent and Management to Impactful Stories

My Professional Background

I am a project, operations, and people strategy specialist with over a decade of global experience across South Africa, South Korea, Georgia, and the United States. My work sits at the intersection of operations management, organisational development, and people leadership, informed by a strong foundation in recruitment, education leadership, communications, and cross-cultural collaboration.


I am the founder of Talent Atlas: Business & Career Studio, a consulting platform supporting professionals and small businesses through career transitions and organisational growth. My work includes CV writing and LinkedIn optimisation, personal branding, structured career coaching, rebranding, and hands-on digital marketing. This spans website content, LinkedIn profiles, and Facebook and Instagram platforms. The focus is practical, human-centred, and grounded in credibility rather than hype.


Alongside this, I write for GoodViral, producing research-driven articles that explore social impact, ethical storytelling, systems change, and innovation, with a particular interest in leadership responsibility and mental health awareness.


Previously, as Head of People and Organisational Development at Son’s Edu in South Korea, I launched and led a global HR function, built international recruitment pipelines, and managed people and operations across nine campuses supporting over 7,000 students and more than 100 staff. I also directed global talent acquisition and operations for OrangeCat Global, overseeing creative staffing across Asia, South America, and Africa, while managing brand messaging, digital workflows, and remote collaboration.


At Apsida Life Science, I focused on talent mapping and recruitment for CDMO organisations across the UK, EU, and North America, working in highly regulated environments that required precision, discretion, and process discipline. Earlier roles in academic institutions and NGOs in Europe, Georgia, and the United States strengthened my experience in programme management, education strategy, stakeholder communications, and intercultural leadership.


My leadership style combines structure with empathy. I focus on building effective systems, supporting managers, streamlining operations, and leading projects that align people, purpose, and clear communication.

I started Talent Atlas: Business and Career Studio to solve a critical problem: bridging the gap between talent and opportunity, for both individuals and organizations.


After years of experience in global talent acquisition, education, and recruitment across four continents, I noticed how many skilled individuals were overlooked simply because their career materials didn't align with what hiring teams and systems were genuinely seeking. This insight fueled our growth.


Today, Talent Atlas operates as a Studio with a dual focus:
