From Operations And Management to Impactful Stories

My Professional Background

 I’ve spent most of my career helping people and organisations make sense of complexity.


My work sits where projects, people, and operations overlap, especially in moments of change. New roles. Growing teams. Shifting identities. Systems that no longer fit the humans inside them. I’ve worked across South Africa, South Korea, Georgia, and the United States, and those contexts taught me early on that good strategy is rarely universal. It has to be shaped, translated, and lived.


I’m the founder of Talent Atlas: Business & Career Studio, where I support professionals and small businesses navigating transition and growth. The work is practical and hands-on. CV writing and LinkedIn optimisation, yes, but also personal positioning, rebranding, career strategy, and digital presence. I work closely with clients on website content, LinkedIn profiles, and Facebook and Instagram platforms, always with the same aim: clarity without hype, credibility without performance.


Alongside this, I write for GoodViral, producing research-driven pieces on social impact, ethical storytelling, systems change, and innovation. I’m particularly interested in leadership responsibility and mental health, and in how organisations talk about people when things are under pressure, not just when everything looks good on paper.


Before starting Talent Atlas, I spent over a decade in senior people and operations roles. At Son’s Edu in South Korea, I led people and organisational development across nine campuses, built international recruitment pipelines, and supported more than 100 staff working with thousands of students. At OrangeCat Global, I directed global talent acquisition and operations, coordinating creative teams across Asia, South America, and Africa while shaping brand messaging and remote workflows.


Earlier work in academic institutions and NGOs in Europe, Georgia, and the United States grounded me in programme management, education strategy, stakeholder communication, and intercultural leadership. Teaching, in particular, left a lasting mark. It taught me how to listen, how to adapt, and how to stay curious. The more I learned, the more aware I became of how much there is not to know, a perspective I still carry into leadership and strategy work.

My leadership style balances structure with empathy. I care about clear systems, thoughtful communication, and work that respects people’s capacity as much as their capability. I’m interested in building things that last, supporting managers who want to lead well, and helping people move forward without having to pretend they have everything figured out.

I started Talent Atlas: Business and Career Studio to solve a critical problem: bridging the gap between talent and opportunity, for both individuals and organizations.


After years of experience in global talent acquisition, education, and recruitment across four continents, I noticed how many skilled individuals were overlooked simply because their career materials didn't align with what hiring teams and systems were genuinely seeking. This insight fueled our growth.


Today, Talent Atlas operates as a Studio with a dual focus:


  • Career Development: We assist professionals in telling their stories in a way that is both strategic and human. Whether you're updating your CV, refining your LinkedIn profile, or navigating your next career move, we craft materials that connect with people and technology (including preparation for roles like Project and Operations Coordinator).
  • Creative Business Services: We partner with entrepreneurs and teams to sharpen their identity, content, and employer branding. By aligning their mission with their hiring process, we help them attract the right talent and communicate their value with clarity.
